Kelly Wheeler is fourth generation in a construction family and the first woman in her family to build a career in the industry. Growing up around contractors and jobsites gave her an early appreciation for the craftsmanship, accountability, and relationships behind successful projects.
Nearly a decade managing public projects and bond programs across the Pacific Northwest added another perspective: technical expertise matters most when it is paired with strong client advocacy, clear communication, and the willingness to ask the right questions.
RW Solutions was founded around that belief. We bring practical construction knowledge, owner-side leadership, and a deep understanding of public-sector work to help school districts and agencies make informed decisions, protect their investments, and move complex programs forward with confidence.
